Crayon Study: Language

Last updated November 4, 2026

This page explains how to delete the data of Crayon Study: Language (クレヨンスタディ:語学), the app by Takaki Takemura. There is no account: the data is tied to a random ID that the app makes for your phone.

How to delete your data

Way 1: in the app (right away)

  1. Open Menu › Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Our server deletes this phone's records at once, and the app gives itself a new random ID. Your learning records kept only on the phone can be erased there too, or by deleting the app.

Unused chat tickets are lost when you delete your data, and can't be given back.

Way 2: by email (within 30 days)

  1. Open Settings › About this app and note your support code.
  2. Write to [email protected] with the support code, asking us to delete your data.

We delete it within 30 days and reply to you when it is done.
